If you want to change your appointment to a different time on the same day, please contact Guest Experience either by phone at (855) 858-6263 or email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, pending availability.
If you would like to switch your appointment to a different day, please cancel your existing appointment and re-book in the app/on the website:
Just a reminder, to avoid any charges, you must cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before the appointment start time. If appointments are cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment start time, Squeeze will refund 50% of the cost of your service. No Shows will not be refunded and therefore charged 100% in full.
