At Squeeze, we make it easy to manage your appointments on both our website and iPhone app. To cancel an appointment, log in, click on the menu, and go to My Appointments. Click on the appointment you would like to cancel and you should see a “Cancel” button.
To avoid charges/cancelation fees, you must cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before the appointment's scheduled start time. If the appointment is canceled between 12 hours and 4 hours of the appointment start time, Squeeze will refund 50% of the cost of your service. If the appointment is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will not be refunded any portion of the cost of the service. No-shows will also not be refunded and, therefore charged 100% in full.
