Just a reminder: to avoid any charges, you must cancel your appointment more than 12 hours before the appointment's scheduled start time. If the appointment is canceled between 12 hours and 4 hours of the appointment start time, Squeeze will refund 50% of the cost of your service. If the appointment is canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you will not be refunded any portion of the cost of the service. No-shows will also not be refunded and, therefore charged 100% in full.
